AI Filmmaking Specialist

The role

We are looking for a creative, tech-driven AI Filmmaking Specialist to lead AI-powered video content creation for marketing, product demos, brand storytelling, and B2B and B2C campaigns.

This role suits someone passionate about filmmaking, storytelling and generative AI, who can turn ideas into high-quality videos using AI tools while collaborating confidently with marketing and product teams.

What you will do

• Ideate, script and produce short films, ads, reels and product videos using AI filmmaking tools.
• Operate AI video, image, voice and editing tools to generate and enhance visual content.
• Perform prompt engineering, storyboarding and post-production editing for final output.
• Ensure visual quality, narrative consistency and brand alignment across every video.
• Stay current on AI filmmaking, generative art and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations on campaign-specific content.
• Manage the content library and optimise workflows for faster, scalable production.

What you will need

• Hands-on experience with AI filmmaking tools: Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Leonardo, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong grasp of filmmaking fundamentals: storytelling, cinematography, lighting, editing and sound.
• A creative mindset and the ability to pick up new AI tools quickly.
• Good communication and visualisation skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently across several projects on tight deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel of AI-generated videos, short films or creative work. This one is not optional.
• Prior filmmaking, video production, content or agency experience is an advantage.
