For Baskin Robbins, we created an animated instructional film that transforms a routine equipment-cleaning procedure into a clear, engaging and easy-to-follow visual experience. Designed to communicate the correct cleaning process for a beverage blender, the film replaces dense procedural instructions with a playful, step-by-step narrative.

Using a distinctive illustrated style, vibrant colour palettes and a friendly animated character, the film guides viewers through the complete cleaning and sanitisation process. Each step is supported by clear visual demonstrations, numbered sequences and on-screen instructions, making the procedure easier to understand and follow.

From adding cleaning solution and blending to soaking individual components, wiping down the machine and allowing everything to air-dry, the animation breaks down the process into manageable actions. Timers, visual cues and concise text reinforce the required durations and help ensure that important details are not overlooked.

The result is an approachable instructional film that turns a technical cleaning procedure into an intuitive visual guide, showing how thoughtful animation and visual communication can simplify operational training, improve information retention and support consistent equipment maintenance.
